1. Pineapple Strawberry Momosa

4 Servings 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Bottle Champagne
  • Strawberries for Garnish 

How To Make:

  1. In champagne flutes, fill 1/4 full with pineapple juice and top off with champagne.
  2. Garnish with strawberry slice.

2. Grapefruit Momosa

4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • Pink sanding sugar for rims
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 bottle champagne 

How To Make:

  1. In a small bowl, add pink sanding sugar. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rim, then dip in sanding sugar.
  2. Add grapefruit juice and top off with champagne.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. pear nectar
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • Pear slices, for garnish

How To Make:

  1. In champagne flutes, add pear nectar and top off with champagne.
  2. Garnish with pear slices.

4. Pomegranate Momosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. sweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

How To Make:

  1. In champagne flutes, fill with 1/4 cup sweetened pomegranate juice and top off with champagne.
  2. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

5. Strawberry, Lemonade, Basil Momosa

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup agave or honey
  • ½ cup soda water or sparkling water, chilled
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (approximately two large lemons)
  • 8 medium fresh strawberries, sliced
  • One 750ml bottle Prosecco, chilled

How To Make: 

  1.  Combine the basil, lemon juice, and agave in a pitcher.
  2. Crush the basil and mix in the strawberries, Prosecco, and soda water.
  3. Pour the drink into champagne flutes and serve.
